I've asked around and google'd this and I can't seem to figure it out. Why do warriors gain a random yellow aura during battle? It's some sort of buff I believe but it's effect doesn't appear in tactics screen or in the active buffs area...i'm not sure what it is? Just a yellow aura? Maybe threat related?

I, too, would be interested to know the answer to this. It has been puzzling - although not bugging - me for a while.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but it's Guard. I believe it shimmers more brightly as you get a full bar. It started happening to my rogue after I equipped a Masterwork that adds guard on hit.
