So, I have an issue with not being able to link up my XBox account with the Origin account used for the Keep. Hopefully I can explain this in a way that makes sense.
My XBox tag is DamascusSalfam, registered to my Gmail account. I sign into the Keep with the same e-mail address.
However, for some reason, my XBox tag has linked to my friend's Keep account by accident somehow, even though they use different e-mail addresses.
So basically, when I log into the Keep, it doesn't connect to my XBox account, and I don't see any of my save games or characters. When SHE logs into the Keep, she sees all the characters from both her AND my account. As a result, I can't upload or download anything between my game and my Keep account. For now, I'm using her account to manage my save game states, but I'd really like to find a way to fix this.
