Just got the game, since i have an exam tomorrow, won't open the thing. After seeing all the chaos on the forums, I am almost glad.

So here's my question: I have two accounts registered to EA.

The first one is the one I am using now, which has all the Dragon Age content on it. This one is also linked to my gametag (comfirmed from both the EA site and the redeem promo part of this site). However, this one has a different email to the one I log in with on xbox.com.

The second one I have just created and it has the same email with the one I log in with on xbox.com.

Now, my question is, when I put im my code for the Cerberus Network, should I put in the first email? Or the Second Email?

Cheer up guys, have faith in Bioware/EA....also, try calling the customer survice of EA and be nice to them, they are stressed about this too.

First email, it doesn't matter on the email you used, as long as its linked to your gamertag you're good.

I thought you had to have the same email through your xbox-ea-bioware.

Crap dude, I used the right e-mail attached to my gamer tag and I NEVER GOT THE ARMOR. My masseffect/EA account shows the permotion code entered and in place but my x-box doesn't reflect the code. I verified both registered e-mails are the same

So the game shows you have it but you don't have it?


What I am afraid of is that because my xbox email doesn't match my ea---bioware email, it would screw me over like everyone else.

I first put in my Yahoo email addy, until I saw the note saying it has to be the one linked to your Xbox online addy, so I had to register again, and used my Live account addy. Frankly, I think it's all a pain in the ass really, why do we have to go to a computer and put the code in, we should be able to plop the game in and redeem the code there, or somewhere on Xbox Live, you shouldn't have to go to a site with your computer or laptop, it's ridiculous.
