I'm looking for that wisp essence you need for the spirit blade. I went to fallow mire, found the groups at Granite point and the Weeping Spires, where there was the special sort of wraith needed (a pure wisp), but I have been round and round and up and down the Old Thoroughfare until I'm giddy but no third wisp.
Can anyone point me in the direction of other places where I can get one. I seem to recall picking up something at one of the Rifts on the Exalted Plains in a previous run through but I may be misremembering it.
Help please.
