Hi,
From France, a country where the sole foreign languague we know is... french, I would like to share my feedback on the game. My English is very poor, so please accept my appologize ![]()
After a very bad DA2 (imo) and a ME3 game whose narrative construction and the final have greatly disappointed me, I was afraid that DA:I sounds the death bell of Bioware, firm which offered me décades of epic RPG and wonderful universe.
Consequently, I was very sceptical when I started the adventure.
After 10 hours of gaming, of exploration, I had the feeling to replay to one of the best game of Bioware : Baldur's Gate. Indeed, the exploration side of DA:I is like a return to the roots of the first RPG games of Bioware. I loved this feeling !
And after more than 150 hours of gaming, I'm sure about one thing : Bioware has not lost their soul. Maybe I've buried too fast Bioware. It's my mea culpa. Sure, the game is not perfect (some mediocre secondary quests, a final which could be more developped even if the final fight is awesome), but the difficulty level, epic battles (dragons !!!), nice cinematics and the complexity of certain choices (even if these choices don't seem to have a real big impact) have given me a real pleasure.
For me, DAI is a great game, with an unsettling MMO approach sometimes, but terribly attractive, which is for me the game of redemption for Bioware. One more time, all is not perfect but there is a promise of better days.
Sorry again for my very bad English (don't hesitate to correct me) ![]()
Bravo Bioware.
See you all ![]()
