I'd guess so, or at least they will hopefully do the same thing in DA2 with the resources. If you missed any schematics, you can just buy them from him. Although they do have that guy in Val Royeux who does that with codex' so not sure why he couldnt do it with schematics too.

Yeah, I was thinking brand new schematics, rather than just the ones we might be missing. Kinda like the DA2 armor pack DLCs, but with schematics, instead?

Thedas is a big place. If DLC adds a city to explore, we should see more of Val Royeux or some other city in Orlais or Ferelden.

there will be atleast A lowtown market area with the Hanged Man ad Hawkes uncles old place, a high town market you can visit along with the darktown being a new dungeon while other areas are under contruction. These don't even ave to be linked unbroken. JUst A low town and high town and darktown Center market squar like Val Royeau but Kirkwall style.
Can the Undying" guy in the Emporium evn be moved without falling a part? oR maybe its a new improved black emporium ran by an old magister from the fisrt blight era.....
I think the BE will be in the Skyhold dungeon area. JMO.
