I`m pretty sure Ash/kaiden appreas at the exact halfway point of the game, right before the disk swap.

thanks, i havent played that much but ive recruited garrus (who looks really badass), suze, mordin, grunt, jacob, miranda so how long until i see her. Just curious

since you got all of them you should see Ashley in the very next story mission.
