Okay, so I will put them in spoiler tags, but I am including screenshots of the last fight for the Champions of the Just quest to illustrate this bug.  It happened when I first got the game and hasn't been fixed nor have I seen anyone report it...   Basically my character (and all companions) enter the area with their arms straight and slightly away from the body and most of the time never leave that position until the cutscene post battle.  No fighting animations, nothing the entire fight... they are like motionless statues moving on rails.  Occasionally companions will 'break' the glitch and return to normal (but only happened when I had to reload the fight because I made the wrong choice in the cutscene after the fight) but most don't and the Inquisitor never breaks from that until I enter the post-fight cutscene (2nd screenshot is me going up the stairs to get to said post-fight cutscene.

I've run repairs via Origin and I'm running the latest patch... this hasn't been fixed.. has anyone else even had this issue?

Sometimes, my character stay in the pose of "falling from a jump". The best way to cure it was to jump. Did you try?

Yup I get that every now and then.  Quicksave right before the pre fight cutscene (top of the staircase).  If your character is frozen, quickload.  It takes me 2-3 tries.

Sad to say that this "bug" won't be fixed any time this year. Focus is on DLCs and high priority fixes (from Bio perspective) which means plugin exploits and minor tweaks or easily doable stuff.

Patch 5 certainly doesn't have this and I doubt patch 6 (in the works) has it either. Bio Studio in Edmonton has a skeleton crew and a DLC team. The rest now work on helping the Montreal Studio with ME4.

But, maybe Santa will come early. :)

True, EA/Bioware is almost as bad as Bethesda when it comes to fixing bugs.  That's one of the reasons I had to sell my copy of Skyrim for the Xbox 360. It was just too darned buggy.  Yet, if I get the PC version, lo and behold players fixed the bugs that Bethesda doesn't.

As far as Bioware goes, best example is Dragon Age Origins bugs with Morrigan's Romance breaking when she leaves the party at the end of the game.  You need to buy the Golden Mirror and KEEP IT... then give it to her in the camp post end game to re-trip the romance flag.  If you do not, you will be broken up with her in future games, including Witch Hunt.  BUT... a player made the "Morrigan Restoration Mod" that fixes it (and a bunch of other Morrigan related bugs.

Then DA2 has the bug where the latest patch for the Legacy DLC breaks Exiled Prince... you must actually delete some of the Legacy patch files and then replace them after you do Sebastian's quests or the conversations will freeze in act 2 and one never triggers in Act 3.
