No, it was a guy who was pretty much like Krogan but he claimed to be 17 even though he looked at least 30. I just wrote it wrong in my post up there, I meant that he was trying to pass as a 17 year old while looking as a 30 year old lol. And also he had a brother whom he claimed to be 50 or something but that brother looked exactly like himself haha. Ahhh bsn.... all it's weirdos!!
