For a game that is supposed to be pretty much free roam, then wtf am I stuck in Haven for?

I went to both the world map, and the bridge exit, and neither one let me exit haven. The world map has no selectable areas that can be clicked on even though they're shown on the map. The bridge exit doesn't have an interactive door. Jumping over the side of the bridge to get out, only ports you back on the bridge.

The game is supposed to mention any prerequisite(S) in order to be able to leave and it doesn't, so that means I'm supposed to be able to leave Haven whenever I want, so wtf is this load of BS.

If you are going to make prerequisites then, How frigging hard is it to pop a message on the screen telling a player WHY THE HELL THEY CAN'T LEAVE HAVEN.

BIOWARE FIX YOUR DAMN GAME. I'M SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING THE GAME INTERUPTED BECAUSE YOU GUYS CANNOT PROGRAM CORRECTLY AND PROVIDE CORRECT AND NECESSARY INSTRUCTIONS.
