I must have missed those threads. I only ever saw the ones about Zimbabwe and weird soul stuff.
All the ones I saw seemed fine, if somewhat esoteric. But I don't read every thread, so as I mentioned, I could have easily missed the ones you are referring to.

Well whatever, the most important thing is that you learned from your mistake and don't do it again.
Seriously though, some communities I've been in make apology threads/posts/status updates and do the same offense over and over, rinse and repeat. And mostly did it for likes or some such.
