So out of all the key points for this she still ended up hardened despite I took more soft options than hard ones

Kill the trator (in haven)- said nothing

first arrival in skyhold - told her she did the right thing in pulling her men back

Personal quest - told her not to kill the Sister(leliana still killed her), (when opening the box) told her that the devine was sorry (from the fade) and told her (the soft option) that she should stop being so hard on herself and the divine has relieved her of her duty.

Liliana still turned out hardened despite 2/3 (3/4?) of the main keys are the soft option.  Dose the key in haven carry more weight than the other points?

Probably, but at the same time I don't need to save Leliana while I'm saving the world.  Girlfriend's got problems.  That's been evident since DAO.  I would have sh*tcanned her right out the door the first time she got snappy with me.

You shouldn't have said nothing in Haven, with the traitor, and intervened to tell her not to kill him.

I wish we had options to fire members of our staff.  I would have fired her.

In order for a softer Lelianna, all your choices must always save/sparing people regardless of what they have done.

Basically, unless you go full retard and drunk on mercy, you can't soften her ;)

Unless it's a paraphrase problem. I didn't really check the "softening" options, perhaps what you actually say makes more sense than the paraphrase on the dialog wheel would imply...

Well that kinda sucks that it is a all or nothing.  It would have been nice if the first instance was weighted less than the latter 2 because at that point you have only really just met some of the key players.

Oh well  I knew I was going to play through DA:I at least 2 times so I can set up my ideal world state if there is a game after Inquisition.

Ya know through out the game so far I feel slightly disappointed that the deves didn't make a "No one expects the Inquisition" joke.

Why do all the problems of southern Thedas in general have to be yours? Because you're the only one who can deal with them.

I kinda think dealing with the undead Darkspawn and dragons trumps her drama, but that's just me.

It's not like you're doing anything major when those conversation points pop up.
