2: Fenris, for the same reason.
Inquisition: Iron Bull, for being breathtakingly boring.

yes of course, I just thought it was a nice change of pace.
well, with Fenris and Merrill Hawke is quite the lead, too, I think.
Leliana, three way tie between the child, brooder, and terrorist, and then either Josephine for being so sickeningly boring or Iron Bull for being not my cup of tea

Zev is a dick until he falls in love and then he's amazing. I have a hard time choosing between he and Alastair because Alastair never licked a lollipop before so I like helping him with that and stuff and Zev because once he is romantic, its very touching.

Well, I don't like men, so I wouldn't choose either. Or, indeed, any of the options I picked for this list.
Josephine.
Gaider I already watched Frozen. Make it emotionally difficult for me to romance her.
Also the duel over her is a theme that was played out 30 years ago.

.....
I cannot get over your diction here

Well...I was talking about the heterosexual female, so I don't know about Merril. I haven't fully romanced anyone in DA2, but from what remember Fenris was same old "in-need-of-shrink-and-nurture" type of guy. I vaguely remember some rather forceful kissing but that could have been in the rivalry path (which is just "nope" to me), so on overll it's not the same dynamic you can have with Seb.

yeah, no chastity belts in the shape of Andraste

Maybe Merrill. I don't know. It could be on my end, I don't have any Hawke concept that would hook up with her. They feel better as big bro/big sis.
Leliana for DAO. Romanced her with my dwarf just so I'd romance all characters and while it had a couple of cute moments it just felt meh.
DA2 it's Merrill because I just don't like her character at all.
In DAI I haven't romanced everyone yet, but I'd guess I wouldn't like Sera considering I don't really like her character. As for those I have romanced, Blackwall left me extremely disappointed despite the good start and I doubt I'd ever go for him again.

haha, that was the most fun part, but I kinda bailed by that time.
Same as you, OP. I don't like the characters any less, they're just not my type. I tend to romance the same characters over and over again... I can't help it! Alistair, Fenris, Cullen, and Solas. And Garrus... if we go into Mass Effect ![]()

I see.
Well, on the Friendship path with Fenris you take the lead, too.
I actually like how romances were handled in DA 2 the most. Sometimes you take the lead (Merrill, Fenris, Seb), sometimes you companion takes the initiative (Anders, Isabela).
In DAO everybody comes on at you.
In DAI you come on at everybody.
Some variety sure would be nice.

Hmmm, so you never pretend you're __________ and play anyway? I'll be a dude and romance a dude just to live the fantasy.
Edit: except Dorian. It would feel wrong to do that to him.
Sera, Anders, Morrigan.

Hell no. I considered romancing Anders with a male Hawke once, but I just couldn't get into it.

Hmm. Well it's your $60 or trade-in. I like to get everything out of the game I can, even playing different sexes.
Merrill is just the worst for me. I find her so annoying, selfish, and idiotic. I'd rather have the adoring fan from Oblivion follow me around.

I don't know about that...
He's like an instakill..

That's not an endorsement of adoring fan, I just hate Merrill that much. If we were given the option to push her off Sundermount when we first meet her, I would take it every time. ![]()

Oh. See, I still like her quite a bit as character. Just more as a younger sibling.
