DAO:

Zevran, I usually play M/M romances but then I ended up making a Fem!Warden and romancing Alistair

DA2:

Merril. She's so stupid and naive I just cannot take her seriously.

DAI:

Sera. See Merril^

On a side note, can we ever have a serious female elf with a bit of sense? The last time we had one was Velanna from DA:A. And that was when she wasn't totally pissed off.

That's pretty hard to answer since I love all characters in this game, with Vivienne being the only exception.

I'd say Blackwall.

Aside from his inner turmoil issue, nothing in the interaction between him and the Inquisitor seems to stand out much.

DAO - Zevran...I love him but I get "I shall still play with others, so you won't be my only one" aura from him

DA2 - The ones I wanted to romance didn't want to romance me  So who was my least favorite romance...well the list is too large xD

DA:I - Black Wall...Reason?

Spoiler

DAO: Morrigan, for sure. I find roleplaying a straight dude difficult in a sexual/romantic context, and I feel as if her friendship arc is much more interesting and rewarding.

DA2: Um, I liked all of them? Even though I wasn't that keen on Anders as a character, I think his romance arc was interesting and added a lot to the story. So I guess I'm going to have to say Isabela - I only played the rivalmance, and it felt pretty cliched to me. Still good fun, though.

DAI: I've only played three of them so far! Ask again in a year when I've played them all. For what it's worth, so far it goes Blackwall > Dorian > Josephine for me. Josephine's romance is adorable, but a bit slight. I feel like it could have used another cut scene. (No, I don't mean a sex scene. Just ... I don't know, something where they go on that theatre date, maybe?) I still enjoyed it a lot, though.

I'm stuck on Cullen, can't bring myself to pursue anyone else.  If I were to do so, the order after #1 would probably look something like this:

2.  Sera

3.  Dorian (if I could bring myself to play a male character)

4.  Solas

5.  Cassandra (with the male character problem again--sorry, I like guys, I just don't like to play as them)

6.  Blackwall

7.  Iron Bull

8.  Josephine

If you actually count my lack of desire to play a male character in there, Dorian and Cassandra would probably be at the bottom, though, I was rating based on "if I didn't mind playing a male character" for this list.

In Origins it was Leliana (though if she was available in DAI? ~fans self~), in DA2 I could never touch Merrill with a ten kilometer stick because she's just way, waaaaaay too  much like a little sister for me and in DAI it would probably be Josephine because. Though IB comes a closeish second because of heaping helpings of corn and a BDSM angle rooted more in, what seems to me, popular opinion and less in the actual ethos/slant/vibe of the sub-culture (though tbh it comes pretty close sometimes).

I don't think I can very confidently say, cause I haven't still romanced many of characters. In DAO I haven't romanced Alistair, in DA2 not Merrill (and Isabela's romance playthrough is unfinished), DAI I have just started and haven't really romanced anyone ^^;

I can't say that I share OP's view since Zevran is my fav romance in Bioware's games. But those who I don't have intrest in:

DAO: Alistair & Leliana, They are bit boring as romances, too romantic and cheesy and Alistair too hard to get along. I'm tired of pleasing him, you can't even joke back at him without -10 disapprove.

DA2: Anders. I have romanced him, but I wasn't really into it. I guess the betrayal in the end did make it quite intresting though.

DAI: Sera, Blackwall, Josie. I don't have any intrest towards them romance-wise.

DAO: Alistair & Leliana. First off, about Alistair, I rarely playing a female Warden, he's a bit of a whiner and he's too naive and childish. As for Leliana, I wouldn't deny that her romance is very romantic, but it's also cheesy. I remember romancing her twice with different wardens, and although I like it, I prefer Morrigan by far.

DA2: Anders & Sebastian. Seb is just dull, and Anders is....I hate what Anders become in DA2 especially every time I looked back at Awakening.

DAI: Sera & Iron Bull. I have nothing against IB but he's not really my type, and I feel like I'm being dominated in his romance, and Sera is just ugh.

Well for me in DAO I kind of hated Morrigan because I was playing the true love angle and she hates that route and instantly burns you which forces you to pick someone else but she gets all counter burning by being all like "why the **** did you dump me?". It seems the only way to play her is allowing her to play the **** tease angle by saying "thank you for the gift. I know we'll never get married but exchanging gifts, boinking and spending time is cool by me". I don't like degrading myself to win her over.

DAA didn't have romances but i liked being friends with Vellana and Nathaniel but Sigrun seems ehhhhh to me. I'm not into dwarves regardless of what gender I play. I know Sigrun is only into women but still.

In DA 2 kind of hated Fenris. He's like "We shagged....but....my agenda for revenge must press on..." Seriously? I was fine with Anders for my female warrior and to me it felt shakespearian where I fell in love with the guy only for him to hit the evil department but didn't mind being killed by his lover. Isabella I was fine with if you keep pressing into her well enough. If you just agree with the whole "Yeah one time is fine by me" thing then yeah I agree the whole you and Isabella is meh.

DAI frankly getting with Sera, Cullen, Cassandra and Dorian is pretty awesome but i agree with one poster i don't see myself with iron Bull. I see Iron Bull as a homie or older brother I never had. Shagging Iron Bull would make me feel dirty. Also I don't see myself shagging Solas. It's like shagging Mordin or Spock from STAR TREK.

PS: R.I.P Leonard Nimoy.

Um, what? As far as I know, the game says nothing one way or the other about Sigrun's sexuality.

DA2 - Merril ( shes sweet and all, but sometimes her face and figure creeped me out :P )

DAI - Iron Bull ( his romance is like a parody to me, though i know that it gets more serios amd romantic further on, i just couldnt)

DA2: Merrill, utterly naive just wasn't something that interested me romantically especially when there was the amazing Isabela around.

DAI: Josie and Sera are ratehr tied, i find josie plain and uninteresting whilst Sera just completely grates on my nerves.

I probably got the name of that dwarf girl that joins your party in DAA wrong. I know the dwarf companion in DAA is really into women because she overly compliments about your female warden and stuff and if you take Ohgren along when he hits on her she's like "Ewww...I don't like people like you....I prefer 'other people' ok?" I know if you keep taking her along and give her the correct gifts she does come right out and says her true feelings about how she's into women and not men.

No, she doesn't.

I mean, Sigrun certainly could be a lesbian. But I'm not sure 'she's friendly towards the Warden if the Warden is friendly back and doesn't want to bang Oghren' is very good evidence for anything other than her commendable good taste.

Solas. He's a okay as a friend but his attractiveness level is a big flat zero. He also isn't in any way sexually/romantically appealing. He actually reminds me of a younger version of Kojak.

DAO: If I had to pick one it'd be Zevran. Still liked it though.

DA2: Fenris. Too depressing.

DAI: Iron Bull. Not into that stuff. Also, he's a giant horned Oxman.

DAO: Leliana, I suppose.  I tried her romance once and it didn't really do anything for me.  I like her character enough, however.

DA2: Anders.  I like that his romance ties into the main story the most out of all the characters, but that's about it.

DAI: I like the entire DAI cast, but if I had to pick it would be Josephine.  I haven't tried her romance yet, so I may change my mind.

Josephine's romance is depressingly slight. That's why Solas, despite being one of my favorite characters, wouldn't come close to getting my favorite romance award. There's just not enough to it...

Josephine's, though... it's like, one moment you're kissing her, the next moment you're dueling for her, and then you're in love. It just moves too fast. It's still sweet, though, imo.

Only a few felt perfectly paced. Cullen, Dorian, Cassandra...

DAO: Leliana and DA2: Merrill for pretty much the same reasons: I strongly dislike the naive, cutie girl trope, it grates so much on my nerves that I couldn't think of romancing them.

DAI: Sera, because I can't stand her. Even more so after learning

Spoiler
I would include Josie, her romance seems a bit boring but I like her as a character, so I wouldn't mind romancing her to learn more.

In Dragon Age: Origins, Alistair takes the pedestal.

"Let's bang!" - "Um, Alistair, I'm not ready yet, and you haven't even said you loved me..." - ALISTAIR DISAPPROVES.

"Alistair, how about our future?" - "Newsflash: I'm dumping you in front of everyone!"

"Alistair, the world is about to end, I need you, a Warden, to combat the Blight..." - "Nope, nope, you spared Loghain, not caring about the Blight anymore!"

Duncan would've been proud.

In Dragon Age 2, it's definitely "Want to bang me? Get in line!" Isabela. Fenris "Thanks, we banged, now sod off for the next three years" is a close second.

And Dragon Age: Inquisition... oooh, so many possibilities! Is it Blackwall "I'm gonna abandon you naked in a barn, and hey, I totally killed those kids"? Is it Sera "If you like elven gods, I'm dumping you"? Is it Iron Bull "I know we just had BDSM sex, but LET ME EXPLAIN THE RULES NOW"? So many contenders.

In DA:O, I would say Morrigan, though I do appreciate the value of her relationship and change as it occurs later. The courtship is just wacky.

I basically dislike nearly every character in DA:2 sans Varric, Aveline, my Hawke, and Tallis.

In DA:I, Sera, easily. She and Merrill are the my two least favorite characters.

DAO - Nada. (Everyone in DAO is awesome though Morrigan can be a real handful sometimes.)

DAII - Anders (for killing the mood with "mage this, mage that..." and finding every opportunity to be disagreeable with Aveline) & Fenris (for his shite attitude towards a mage Hawke and Bethany.)

DAI - Nada. The characters are diverse and have different opinions about life. Already romanced all of em in several playthroughs.
