Especially those people who want everyone else to hate the game with them because so freaking bitter they didnt get what they want.

Actually its the horrible miserable people who want everyone else to be just as miserable as them.

Most of you are nothing but selfish trolls and you want everyone else to be miserable. The world does not work that way. Grow up.

I would say the whiny little brat who consistently posts this exact same cra over, and over is the selfish childish, troll.. Your on the 8th page of people who dont like the game.. You knew that when you clicked view thread.. So, very immaturely, you decided to wave your crybaby flag, as you have so done 100s of other times.. The game sucks, we expected more when we were told we were buying somethng completely different.. tuck your tail between your legs, and go back to the Bioware office, tell them you failed to flip anyones negative opinion, of this terrible game.. Not just because its horribly ported, but because every, single aspect is bad, from the ground up.. Get over yourself, and your pathetic wannabe aggressive opinion..

Sheesh.. Nothing better to do thn whine, about whiners, whining.. Whos more pathetic?!?

Another one of the DADF, with a different angle.. They each have a different way to attempt to bait people into breaking ToS.. His is the rude, aggressive angle...The passive aggressive guy is the one where "the m+kb works just fine for me", or "glad it won goty".. You know who they are! Bioware payroll...

My reaction after reading your post:

Probably my most successful thread that i ever opened and I usually get mines locked. I guess Bioware really crapped out and is in a decline no matter what, unless of course they go back to the winning formula.

Jon curry zevran voice actor is the american inquisitor voice the english voice actor is harry paton

I can't believe this! Really? I had to choose this voice to my Qunari and IT IS BAD. I actually liked the English VO, he did good job in Dorian-romance. I overall just like how his voice sounds. But Jon Curry is American VO? And here I was wondering wtf why is that guy so bad...i lost all hope and depression is lurking around the corner. How can guy who did Zevran sound that bad?

Lead them or fall
However i miss the fall part, since none of my companions or Advisors or the Inquisitor can Die, even if My Inquisitor is an incompetent who has never made any improvement for Skyhold . (oh in my game Stroud is Dead so who Care?!)

The Breach feels like the Ozone hole yes is there but it never felt like a real threat.

I just wanted to say thank you for fixing the glare. Patch five helped a ton.

My other comments still stand.

Next game have a deeper voice option for male CC.  The voices just don't match a Qunari.

I also want to add:

The elves need to gain some muscle definition period.

(I just tried to make a male elf and couldn't get through the first hour.)

Needs more interaction between characters and more story.

Yes and yes. I generally don't like the elves in Dragon Age. They're too puny - I guess Tolkien/Warcraft elves have define the species for me. But those in Inquisition were kinda ridiculously petite.

I was under the impression that you could destroy the world as opposed to saving it. At least that was the impression of a few of the trailers. But that sucks that they'd advertise that and not have it available.

Oh yes, another thing they lied about this game. I do remember a trailer saying something along the lines that you could doom the world, which gave the impression that we could actually make bad choices and fail at something. Not to mention I remember the devs saying "your actions have consequences" but nope, everything is the same no matter what choices you make. They were probably referring to the quests we were supposed to have, like saving a village or let them burn, which got cut out entirely because of old gen consoles. Sigh...

The fact that Bioware is still recycling old animations from DAO and Mass Effect 1.

Frankly it's unacceptable, they really need to invest in some new mocap work.

I hate how the ending is practically the same no matter what you do or don't do, save a few choices you make in inquisition. Almost nothing from the previous two games are ever mentioned in the endings and it was way too short of an epilogue considering how many hours one can put into the franchise.

The side quest are terribly shallow. Dragon Age Origins had plenty of side quest, but the majority of them had you interacting with npcs as if they were important threads in a much larger piece. Example, the Slim Cauldrin quest, yes they amount to fetch quest, but every time you talked to Slim it felt like you were dealing with something interesting and important, the options for response and how you could go about doing the jobs varied, and the last part of the quest made you think "oh thats new." in terms of being collared.

Another example, The Crazy Mage in the Forest. You don't have to play the game with him at all, but if you do you can solve all the problems without bloodshed, or you can solve some and kill him too. You had options, some worked out differently depending on who you brought. There is almost nothing like that in DAI, and the ones close to that are only a dialog wheel option to which your Inquisitor could fill if you learned the right knowledge perks.

I actually hate combat in this game, and that says a lot because I love combat in RPG games, action or turned based. Some how once the freshness of this combat wears off you quickly realize that it's terribly boring. Either the enemy over powers you because their level is higher, or you steam roll them because your level is higher. There is no real strategy involved, it kills me because when i think back to the videos with the devs showing demos of strategic battles I realize that its horribly staged. Most environments don't give you vantage points to take advantage of, and even if they did it's still a numbers game more than a strategic game, so if the enemies are stronger no matter what you planned they are going to steamroll you or you can run around kiting them until they die or you run out of bounds and they leave you alone.

Other than the Solas romance the other romances that I experienced seemed dull, yes this isn't a romance novel but the relationship between characters is one of the many things that allowed me to think, "I want to play it again but romance X this time." not with DAI, I romanced Solas and Cassandra fully, loved the former, was mildly amused with the later, tried Iron Bull, and it was Bull****... started romancing Sera... but lost interest in the whole game by that point, sad because pre-release i had multiple play throughs lined up with various characters but now I know im never going to do half of them.

Too many beautiful areas, too much enjoyable content, too much entertaining dialogue, too many interesting characters, and the additional races offer too much to see and do in one or even two campaigns. Guess I will have to play it again.

Oh! The overwhelming burden of choices....

Those areas are very, very empty. Shortest story overall in a dragon age game. And additional races aren't new... and I'll play it again, but DAO I'm playing for like the 8th time and I'm STILL seeing completely new stuff... most of those playthroughs were a long time ago, but i'm not talking little tiny bits of dialogue, i'm talking about controlling enchanter irving in the fade, or taking wynne and loghain to ostagar and hearing multiple unique conversations because of it.

Side missions with entire new scenes because I'm using a different party composition... that doesn't happen in DAI. It's cool you love it exactly as it is, but the truth is bioware has done better.

No; believe all of it; simply thought this thread needed to open the curtain a little, and let some sunshine in for a bit.

While I believe that DAO is a superior game overall, I am still enjoying DAI quite a lot.

Back to the bears...a single bear is a tougher enemy to defeat than a entire camp of red templars or apostate mages.  The Big Bad should have just enlisted them instead of the Templars and he would have beat me for sure.

It is all you ever do - bumping into threads legitimately criticizing the game and going on and on about how everything is super and bug-free on your side. And even more super when you use your imagination to create things where there are none. It just seems like you are mocking the people who have issues with this game. Some threads don't need any sunshine in them and some threads made by people who enjoyed the game don't need any darkness. Your behavior is honestly just as annoying as for example would be the behavior of people barging into threads about how good the cast of companions is and saying they hated every one of them. If mocking people is not your intention, you should think hard why anybody would think it is...

I disagree with you a LITTLE. I would say you can surely join a thread even if you don't have the same opinion as the OP and the rest. BUT, and that's what Elhanan doesn't do, you have to bring legitimate arguments. A good discussion and exchange of views can only benefit both partys. But yeah, I agree, coming into a thread like this, where a lot of people came up with good points why they dislike Inquisition and saying that the game is great in every single way is quite pointless.

Edit: I recognized in a lot of threads that Elhanan mostly supports his arguments only by his opinion ("I think it's great, so it is great"), which surely makes a discussion really worthless....

Most of what I have is my own gaming experience with the game to offer; my views and opinions. If facts are available, I try and use links and quotes to support such stances. Here, the topic is what is seen as 'terrible'; an opinion. Mine is worth as much as another; not more or less. But perhaps other like opinions may hold sway.

My PC game mechanics are suitable, and have apparently been recently supported by the recent DAGER award group listing all platforms:

http://www.dagersyst...age-inquisition

While I have not experienced any major game related bugs (eg; CTD's), I have had some minor issues with floating corpses and NPC's clipping thru furniture. This small issues do not equate to terrible status for me. And I have almost 570 hrs of game time to indicate that the investment is worth my pre-order. IMO, of course.
