1) I have been looking for it but no bueno. :(

This makes me sad.

Also I saw more serious capes earlier in the thread, which are totally cool, but I want really Mod capes (a la Balenciaga) to come back.

No, it requires an Internet connection. If I had to actually go to shops and talk to people, I'd never have anything new to wear.

Yeah. The only time it's a bit arse is when something doesn't fit and has to be sent back.

Oh, and answering the door to the delivery person too. D:

These days I'll make sure I'm ready (make-up and all) just so I feel alive and myself. If I have to answer the door to the delivery person, I tend not to do it with my hair scraped back and sweats on.

I think I only had about two weeks after labour that I didn't make some kind of effort to look half decent. But that always meant I ended up buying a ton of clothes i wouldn't normally wear just to have something new. Asos was my best friend. Now I'm not so hasty, but going to a store and trying stuff on?? God no! I don't have the patience. Navigating awful people. No ta.

Really large cylinders. I'm dead serious, I'd love to wear one and a long coat in public.-

Togas, though I would freeze my ass most of the year in this outfit.

I confess that I insist on being made up before I'll take the bin out, let alone answering the door. Fortunately my other half is less squeamish and happy enough to answer the door in her dressing gown.

... and Evans and Yours (YES I'M FAT) or often Amazon, for that matter, in spite of their tax-dodging ways. And I often pick up a few colourful tees when exploring Sainsbury's for my weekly beer restocking.

No they don't. Start your own fashion trend or stop being so old. Trends are a young and hip person thing. Get with the program, here are some that I've noticed;

Too many wimpy dudes sagging, trying to be like justin biebs

Vnecks that show off the biceps, and aviators

I dreamt about Justin Bieber last night and I'm not ashamed to admit that it was all kinds of sexy. The dude may be a total pleb, but DAAAYUM!

Call me a Cougar if you must  :P

I recently bought some clothes from Tesco & Sainsbury's. They really aren't bad for the price. Though, to treat myself for my upcoming birthday, I bought a Ralph Lauren Military style jacket from ASOS. I have been wearing some atrocious jackets since I fell pregnant and it's always angered me, so I thought it was about time I got something better. Though, I only buy stuff like that when it's on sale or I can't justify it tbh.

I've been struggling with finding myself & my identity since becoming a mother, so it's made me feel heaps better. Funny how something so simple can do that.

Ooh. I'm a real sucker for jackets and have more than I could reasonably wear. Military ones with a nice feminine cut can look really awesome. :)

I kinda get the thing with trying to find one's identity. I guess it's best to look at it as an adventure.

I am guilty of this.  But it's a laziness thing, not a fashion statement.  I just don't want to have to get dressed to go to a Friday morning class and then change to work out after.  Or to the grocery store.  Or the movies.  Or occasionally lunch with friends.  I think I've made promises to reform before with poor results.  I'll try harder this time.
