Aveline, Leliana and Bethany for me.

So far, Aveline (though stupidly close between her and Cass), Leliana and Morrigan.

 

I think my ultimate choices are Alistair, Leliana and Solas. Though I am in two minds between Al/Aveline and Leli/Varric.

Very difficult choice. Despite the fact that he doesn't talk, the HoF story made me bond with him the most.

 

Warrior: Oghren

Again, so hard. Alistair, Sten, Dog, Blackwall... so many good characters. But Oghren cracks me up, and you gotta have a dwarf.

 

Rogue: Leliana

Easier choice. Really love Isabela and Varric, but Lels is so accomplished a character.

 

Mage: Morrigan

Close call with Anders, but that voice...

 

Notably, all Origins characters.

If anything, this just goes to show how Bioware creates awesome characters.

Also the fact that Isabela is up against Cole. Dammit Hawke's waifu, but Cole is too perfect a character to replace ;-;

1- Alistair, Bethany, Cole. 

2- Isabela, Aveline, Sigrun.

 

3- Vivienne, Morrigan, Justice.

Looks like it's going to end up being Morrigan, Alistair and Leliana.  Unless Varric  sneaks in the rogue bracket.  Not sure what that says.  Except maybe Origins still resonates the most.  Or the mere fact that time makes characters more mythic.  It's not surprising, really.  Although it did make the whole thing feel a little bit like a waste of time.

Wanted to see Aveline go farther.  I still maintain that, despite not being the most flashy, she's still one of the best realized characters in Dragon Age.  Still hoping Merrill or Dorian can also take some votes away from Morrigan.  I love Morrigan, but this feels like everyone just voted for the three core face of the franchise characters.  And then there's still a chance the Dog steals the whole thing.  Which will be kind of lame.

It is such a rough choice between those three. All of them are the best of the mages imo.
