I was wondering why all the exploits for the game (single player only) were removed, and the rest are being removed come patch 1.05. The exploits don't affect any other player and you can't carry the exploit to the multi-player aspect of the game. I could understand removing them if it gave players an upper hand against other players or if there was a chance at a new game+ or something, but that isn't the case. I know some people may think the exploits are cheating and they take the fun out of the game, but for some people the exploits lend a certain element of fun, and the desire and likelihood of more than one play through of the game. You can get good gear, good weapons and enjoy the story and game play more. The incessant farming/grinding for materials and influence and such kind of puts a damper on the game. I know there are people out there that don't want to use the exploits for various reasons, and that is completely fine. But for the people that do like to use them, I don't think they should be patched because of people saying it's unfair, or something of the sort. Basically, I'm just curious as to why all of them have been removed, and the ones that remain will be patched come 1.05. I personally would like to ask EA to reinstate them into the game for whomever wants to use them, especially if it leads to more of a drive to play the game and more than likely play any expansions that are released in the future.

Would you mind moving this post to one of the existing and active exploits-related threads so we avoid having multiple threads about the same thing? It would also help keep them going and add weight.

Gamers are asking for the bugs(errors) in the game to be fixed. The game exploits may be because of those errors. If you fixed the errors because they fix the problem gamers are complaining about you may end up eliminating the exploit.

true, I agree. I would like the exploit flask of fire, I do not enjoy most when there is not. I stopped playing please ....

See the problem here is that bioware didn't say anything about that, so this is just purely speculation.

Unless the exploits were put there on purpose it is probably caused by a programming mistake or an error in design whether it be a syntax or logic error. If that error caused other problems aside from the exploit fixing that error can remove the exploit as a by product of fixing the other problems. I doubt very seriously that Bioware programmers are going out of their way to fix exploits unless they have an another effect that must be patch to fix a more serious problem. But, YMMV..

I am not saying that the exploit can't be caused by other underlying bugs, what I am saying is only bioware knows whether the glitch was 'actually' caused by another glitch or not only, and until bioware decides to clearify that everything we say here is just speculation.
