I hate people who eat like pigs.
People who get pets but can't be bothered taking care of them.
People who never talk about anything but their kids. Why don't they realise that no one really cares?
People who try to convince me to eat meat when i never give anyone a hard time for eating those poor animals.

Ew! Yeah. Never fails to make me throw up. Actually a lot of other things on your list are pretty nauseating too - good work.
New thing I hate (and I'm finding new one almost every week): Gravel parking lots that haven't been regravelled recently and have swampy parts every time it rains and the people who park strangely around the swampy parts decreasing the number of spots available.

There are very few things I can say I genuinely "hate" (since I don't like using that word liberally)
However, these are some of the obvious ones:
Racism
Ellitism
Captilism
Prejudice
Sexism
Indifference
Ignorance
Animal Cruelty
Abuse of any kind
Narrow-mindedness
Willful Cruelty of any kind
Pretty much anything related to/similar to what I listed above.
And here are some things that are more extremely bothersome and irritating rather than hate....
Waiting. I can't stand waiting......argh.
When people look over my shoulder when I'm on my laptop...can't stand that! >.<
When people walk in front of the TV when I'm playing video games...annoying as hell.

I detest this, especially when you tell them to go away and they get really defensive and say things like "lol why you want me to leave? Are you watching porn?"
