It was great! One of the best, tbh.

Oh yeah, you're right. One of the best ever. Only games I can think of with better endings are Amnesia, Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, Among the Sleep, BioShock, Bioshock 2, Bioshock Infinite, Condemned Criminal Origins, Dead Space, Dead Space 2, Diablo II, Diablo III, Dishonored, Dragon Age Origins, Dragon Age 2, Skyrim, Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3 (Before and After Broken Steel), Fallout: New Vegas, Gone Home, Half Life, Hatoful Boyfriend, Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, Metroid, Metroid Zero Mission, Metroid 2, Super Metroid, Metroid: Other M, Metroid Fusion, Metroid Prime, Metroid Prime: Hunters, Metroid Prime 2, Metroid Prime 3, Portal, Portal 2, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 5, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles, Saints Row: The Third, South Park: The Stick of Truth, The Stanley Parable (all the endings), KotOR, KotOR II, StarCraft, StarCraft II, System Shock 2, VTMB, The Walking Dead Season 1, The Walking Dead Season 2, WarCraft III, Wasteland 2... wait, what were the rest? Oh yeah, that's right. All the other games I've ever beaten. Except maybe Shadow the Hedgehog.

ME3's ending is a thing in the past.

End of discussion.

A lot of things are "things of the past", and people still talk about them. The ending to ME3 should be no different.

That's the best way to be lol. It just takes time to know a persons humour sometimes, when a person is serious and not serious, it can be hard to tell with some people. I've been taken seriously by a lot too when I was joking because they couldn't tell I wasn't serious, it's not always so obvious lol. But I think most people have gotten to learned me and my way of being by now and I will get to know you better as well as time passes by, so don't mind me please if I make a few mistakes along the way ;)

I mostly stick to silly, sarcastic, snarky, satire and dark humor.

I hate it when people take me too seriously, I just like to try and have a giggle, m9.

Usually if I'm being serious then I'll say, "On a serious note." and then once the serious rant is posted, I always end it with some humor.

Life's too short to be taking it seriously all the time.

Shenanigans >>>>> seriousness.

LET IT BE DAMMIT

When I find myself in times of trouble
Mother Mary comes to me
Speaking words of wisdom, let it be
And in my hour of darkness
She is standing right in front of me
Speaking words of wisdom, let it be

Let it be, let it be
Let it be, let it be
Whisper words of wisdom, let it be

And when the broken-hearted people
Living in the world agree
There will be an answer, let it be
For though they may be parted
There is still a chance that they will see
There will be an answer, let it be

Let it be, let it be
Let it be, let it be
Yeah, there will be an answer, let it be
Let it be, let it be
Let it be, let it be
Whisper words of wisdom, let it be

Let it be, let it be
Ah, let it be, yeah, let it be
Whisper words of wisdom, let it be

And when the night is cloudy
There is still a light that shines on me
Shine on until tomorrow, let it be
I wake up to the sound of music,
Mother Mary comes to me
Speaking words of wisdom, let it be

Let it be, let it be
Let it be, yeah, let it be
Oh, there will be an answer, let it be
Let it be, let it be
Let it be, yeah, let it be
Whisper words of wisdom, let it be

Coffee for the morning. Tea for the evening.

I don't drink either.

My professor at community college said apples are better than coffee in the morning.

Of course another one thinks the moon landings were staged.

My professors are a special bunch.

1 Modern feminism

 7572294_f260.jpg

Dammit, now I'm having Dworkin flashbacks.

I had a Dworkin-worshipping English teacher in my last year of high school. She was a drama teacher at the high school where I started (I bopped around a few high schools, don't judge me) and we got along quite well. I always felt bad for her, because she was kind of a pushover, and a lot of the students (particularly the girls, to be honest) knew her buttons, and often took advantage of her to get their way. I think she appreciated that I was always direct, honest, and respectful with her.

Then, a few years later, I ended up in her Grade 12 English Media course after returning to high school from working full time. She had, in the meantime, discovered Dworkin, and "found herself." By the time I was her student a second time, she was no pushover. Quite the opposite. She had become an extremely outspoken critic of all things male, and would furiously attempt to shut down any disagreement with her views. I'm somewhat proud of the fact that she never actually made me mad with the stuff that she said (I still remembered her as the timid mouse from a few years earlier, so it was hard to take anything she said seriously) but I also, for whatever reason, refused to let her bigotry go unchallenged.

You can imagine the results. I made her very angry on many occasions, by daring to point out the logical fallacies in her rather extreme views. In my defense, I was literally defending myself, since she was making almost constant veiled or overt criticisms of men in general, every day. At some point, I think I asked her outright how she could defend rewriting an entire curriculum around her own personal political views, and then still claim to be a public school educator. Her response was to get very angry and yell repeatedly about how I was "Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! Wrong!" That was, I think, the last class of hers that I attended (I didn't think it was worth it for the credit, in the end.)

It would be years before I encountered that peculiar self-righteous form of bigotry again, in, of all places, the world of video game journalism/activism.

Yipes, that's kind of a personal story, Imma shutupnao.
