Hi everyone. This is a question about the dalish group, led by Tavin in the Emerald Graves. After you talk to them there is a war table mission that starts their quest. I distictly remember seeing it. I didn't do it at the time, and later it was gone. Going back Tavin and the other Dalish are still there.

 

Is there some reason it is no longer available? Is it a bug or have I done something?

If the quest ur doing is called Investgate Elven Ruins the second part is called Knights Tomb go to the Emerald Graves and in the northeast area of the map there is a fast travel go down into the ruins and learn about the elves.
