5. Miranda - Good skill set, somewhat annoying personality.  I've been leaning towards Jacob or Samara or Thane lately

yea Wrex and Grunt are both great and your right Ashley got way more hate then she should have. and Legion was very awesome indeed but like you said you got him late in mass effect 2 and late in Mass Effect 3 as well but he was still a great Squad Mate and his Voice Over work was done very well I loved how he called You Shepard Commander where ofc everyone else calls you Commander Shepard that always made me laugh and smile when he would call you that .

I didn't spend enough time with certain characters (Javik for example) to take them into consideration. My last 1 or 2 places in the top 5 might change at some point once I spend more time going on missions with all characters (I'm only on my 2nd Trilogy run currently).

Ashley would be on that list instead of Kasumi, if it wasn't for the personality transplant in ME3. I like pretty much all the squad though. Even Morinth is a fascinating person Kind of ambivalent about James Vega and Jacob. And some of the non-squadmates, oh my. I love Joker and Bakara.
