Anyone familiar with the legend of "MK ultra" & the conspiracy theory might be interested in the recent announcement of a possible ABC mini-series based on the alleged CIA mind-control projects from the 1950s and 60s. One of the many tools used by the perpetrators/researchers on the often young victim/slave (also were: electroshock, verbal/sexual abuse, hunger, water/sleep deprivation, hallucinogenics, & physical trauma or injury) was Disney films. They supposedly had many of the ideal themes/symbols to promote the indoctrination & induction of dissociation. The subject created an alter-ego used to cope with the trauma. They were then, according to the reports by these survivors, a robot. A literal "Manchurian Candidate" who will switch personalities and do ANYTHING they were told. As long as they were told by the right person... in the correct way.

Just kind of an odd coincidence, considering who owns ABC. (not to mention Marvel, ESPN, and many other media franchises) Maybe it has been long enough, there is an opportunity to "renovate" the public's image of MK ultra.

Tin-foil hat time, kids

Well, seeing as Beerfish is on a mission to kill some poor sap named Budgies( obviously a drunken misinterpretation of Budgee ) we should be safe. :)

Indoctrination isn't a thing Budgee!

In fact that theory was debunked by Bioware years ago!

P.S.

I still believe! :crying:

I thought this was an Australian budgie:

Being smuggled, of course.

This parrot is no more. It has ceased to be. It's expired and gone to meet its maker. This is a late parrot. It's a stiff. Bereft of life, it rests in peace. If you hadn't nailed it to the perch, it would be pushing up the daisies. It's rung down the curtain and joined the choir invisible. This is an ex-parrot!
