This is my 5th play through, and I've never had this issue before, but I cannot finish Cole's quest. I've gotten his amulet, and I tried to give it to him in the bar, and he is all "not here" but the quest does not progress past this to the point where Cole, Solas, Varric and I go on our merry adventure to Redcliffe. Anyone else having this issue? I guess in the grand scheme of things it is minor. I just wanted to finish his quest before I go kill Cory as his is the only one left.
I also have an issue where "sharper white claws" in the Western Approach is stuck on my board even though the Abyssal high dragon is long since dead and I spoke to Frederic about it before baiting the traps and killing her! Never had issues pre-patch 5. I'm on a PS4.
