The author Terry Pratchett has died aged 66 from Alzheimer's disease.

For those who don't know who him he was the author of over 70 books including the discworld saga. He was, in my humble opinion, one of the greatest author's in our time. I would strongly recommend anyone who hasn't to read his discworld series, it's hilarious, witty and very intelligent.
On the plus side he died exactly like he once said he wanted to, surrounded by his family.
