That's already in the list :) Quite an annoying bug that ruins the whole impact of that scene.

Not sure if it's worth adding to the OP, but the final romance scene glitch also happens with Femshep/if the scene contains Ash or Liara. And as far as I know, only occurs on consoles.

Wait, Femshep + Ash romance? :o What sorcery is this? :D Or did you mean three situations - Kaidan + Femshep, Male Shep + Ash, Male Shep/Femshep + Liara?

Thanks! I added it to OP. Do you get the same issue with a different hairstyle/male Shepard? Maybe it's an issue with that particular hairstyle?

I haven't tried it with a male Shepard, but I have had it with every fem Shep regardless of hair style.  I've played through ME2 a few times, more than I have the series as a whole.    Plus, it affects the eyes, face and weapons as well.

Edit: I found someone recording the effect as it happens in ME1.  Note the weapons.  The affect is identical in ME2, just more noticeable with the better graphics:

Don't forget the ME2 glitch that cancels out the true paragon outcome with Conrad Verner in ME2 [aka, if you do the all paragon route with him in ME1, it will register as a neutral outcome with him in ME2 accusing you of pointing a gun in his face]

Good point.  If you fire up a newly imported save in gibbed, you'd see that both the Intimate and Diplomatic boxes are checked for Conrad.  So far, the only fix is for PC players that have gibbed.

I'm not sure they'll fix it. The VA recorded the lines for Conrad in ME3 when he apologizes for wrongly accusing Shepad of pointing a gun to his face. To fix the bug they'll need to have the VA to record new lines. I'll add this though, it's a bug after all :)

I don't think you get that line if you uncheck the option from ME1.  Also, I think that bug also prevents him for surviving the bullet he takes for you in ME3 if you can't uncheck the renegade option.   I only play on the PC, and I've always used gibbed to fix the problem, so I'm not 100% certain.  If that's the case, it should be fixed.

Also, Conrad's a bit...weird.  The devs could keep the line about "sorry if I told anyone you put a gun to my head," but fix the bug on a technical issue.  No need to record new lines.   This is the same NPC that has a "tasteful shrine, just a few candles," for Shep, so something that oddball would suit him.

Forgive the double post, but this is another ME3 bug.  I was reading the OP and I noticed that this wasn't in there.  This is during the Blue Suns quest, if you take the paragon path.  From the wiki:

http://masseffect.wi...Aria:_Blue_Suns

In some instances, if you take the Paragon path (that is, try to complete the mission by bringing the artifact to Kannik instead of ordering a hit on Oraka), the War Assets are not updated. Despite this, the Journal shows the mission as completed, and if you talk to Aria, she says that she has control over the Blue Suns. To fix this, use the following procedure:

Save just before you hand over the artifact to Kannik.
Order the hit on Oraka. You should see the War Asset being updated.
Reload from the save you previously created.
Hand the artifact over to Kannik. The War Asset will immediately be updated, even before you talk with Oraka again.

Another possible work-around is to save before handing over the artifact, then talk to Oraka. Load your save if the bug occurred and hand in the artifact. This time the War Asset gets updated instantly. Then talk to Oraka to complete the mission.

It may be possible to avoid the bug by waiting until Kannik stops talking after giving him the artifact; simply stand there and do not move while Kannik is speaking until the War Assets are updated. Walking away while Kannik is speaking appears to prevent the War Assets update.

I ran headlong into this one the first time I played.  Poor Kalya, I made so many mistakes with her.  I can tell you from experience that just letting him finish talking works, and it's the easiest way to prevent the bug.

yeah, unchecking the renegade box in gibbed will yield different dialogue in ME2, so I think it would be worth fixing. As for the ME3 line, would adding one line really be that expensive, Conrad Verner's VA isn't exactly Martin Sheen by any means? If it is too costly to add in an extra line or two in 3, I'd say just keep 3 as is, it would just be that Conrad Verner in his infinite wisdom pulling a Brian Williams and misremembering something that happened almost a year ago

I looked up the VA for Conrad.  The last thing he did was ME3, so barring any case of Creator Existence Failure, he should still be available.

Well, here's hoping! I sometimes fear that this thread will be for nothing and no remaster or patch will ever be released :)

I added the Aria: Blue Suns bug and also STEEVE! bug! :)

This smearing affect can happen in other parts of the Citadel, but this is the first screenshot I've gotten of it.  This takes place on the top of the Presidum.  Also, this was with a romanced Garrus, so I can't tell you if it happens with a non-romanced Shep.

Spoiler

Only ever happened to me once, never happened again regardless of romance status.

Thanks for doing this, Vazgen - I hope your efforts bear fruit.

A couple of things in ME1:

Virmire base - there is a door that won't open unless I leave the area, save, re-load, and return to the area. The door opens to a drainage/sewage area, and if you continue through it, you end up outside. To get there, proceed south past the second set of Salarian prisoners/test subjects, around some corners w/ stairwells, then down the steps into a room with - 4, I think - loot crates behind the staircase. The door is in that room.

Feros, Thorian Lair, immediately after getting the cipher from Shiala, Shepard turns her head to respond to a squadmate's comment, and the back of her head is bald. I've looked at some youtubes of that scene, and have not found it, which leads me to suspect that it may be platform or hairstyle-specific. It happens to female Shepard with the shortest 'do on PS3.

Mass effect 3 glitch - Similar to the salarian one you mention in the initial post. On the citadel, outside Purgatory: When you step off the elevator, there are two turian C-sec cops talking about their frustrations.  If you stand too close to them, there is another turian that walks towards you from the direction of the bar and blocks you in between them (by doing that weird turian thing where they stand right next to you and give you the stare down).  Thus, you are trapped between three turians who do not move. The only way to get out is to reload (sorry, no video).

Sorry if it has already been mentioned!

  Strange, I've never experienced that on an import save. Although something weird does happen after the Geth dreadnaught where one of the Quarians (their name eludes me at the moment...) is talking to Shepard but their head has turned all the way around like a possessed doll  .

The two glitches that annoy me the most: the Glyph glitch where Shepard proceeds to have his eyes locked onto the info drone as he speaks to Liara AND the EC glitch caused by Leviathan DLC being installed.

That is not a bug. This is supposed to be the second way into the base, apart from the topside one!

Independent of which way you took, once inside the other way (now an exit) closes of.

Regarding the bald head bug, I've never encountered it. If I understand it correctly, the head gets too close to the camera in that instance and the game does not draw the hair because of that. I have seen such a bug in Skyrim but never in Mass Effect. If you can get a picture (quality should not matter in this case as it should be quite obvious) I'll add it :)

About the Virmire base entrance, I admit I have no idea what door do you refer to :D Been too long since I played Mass Effect 1. Is there a video with that door anywhere?

When doors are intentionally sealed, they usually have red icons (instead of green) or the opening apparatus is removed completely. In this case, the door still appears to be clickable - it just doesn't open when you select it. Also, there are enemies on the other side of the door, and it will open if you save and re-load. So - regardless of their intentions, I still think it's bugged.

------------

@Vazgen - bit of a pain since I'm on PS3, but I'll try to snag some images over the next few days.
