I don't think a fully coherent list could every truly exist that lists every single one. I've done over 15 ME2 playthroughs and I STILL discover new glitches.

 

The ones I want gone the most are save import flag bugs, and the ME2 one where Shepard will levitate in the air for no reason forcing me to restart a mission.

 

Yeah, TBH, I never stumbled in half of those glitches on my PTs...

Is this true about the latest ME2 patch? If it is true for someone else as well than I'll remove the bug from the list.

 

Funny, 'cause everytime I do it, Shepard's head follows Glyph...

The door is, IIRC when I saw on the other threads, was right after you kill the two Geth Primes, after you spot those Stealth Geth Recon Drones, right  before the Colossus Fight.

 

And yup, here it is, taken from the Patch Notes:

 

Changes to 1.02

 

  • Fixed an issue where the game would sometimes crash during the Jarrahe mission when using Windows 7 (64-bit).

Removed the Jarrahe station bug. Added Hammerhead bug :)

 

That door leads to the Colossus fight, no? I never had any issues with it

About the Headspinning bug during the Liara conversation (there was already a thread about this, but I can't find it right now):

I believe it is tied to one of the dialogue responses. Probably the glyph one, as the bug is only present in imports that completed the Shadowbroker DLC (afaik).

Mass Effect 1 & possibly Mass Effect 2

 

After completing the mission Hackett gives Shepard for being over 80% paragon (UNC: Besieged Base), the results of the mission don't flag properly if you save all the hostages. Even if you don't lose a single hostage, the news story you hear on the Citadel elevators afterwards describes it as a massacre.

 

In Mass Effect 2 you'll then get a news story stating that Sirta Foundation never recovered from the attack and is likely to close by the end of that fiscal year. I'm not sure however if this is due to an improper flag being carried over, or if Bioware just recorded a report for the doom & gloom scenario since the story in ME1 was bugged.

Hi guys, long time no see,

So I've been replaying the trilogy on my PS3, and just finished the first game. I've already beaten the whole series on the Xbox 360 back in the day, and I noticed quite a few bugs in the PS3 trilogy that I never had for the 360.

One of which is that, after talking to Garrus, I can't talk to him again at all, unlike for the other squaddies. He's un-clickable, so to speak.

Another bug I've encountered, also throughout the game, is during dialogue. Sometimes Shepard or the other person I'm speaking to, disappears. I'll be talking to a wall until the next person talks, then the other will be back again. Also, another bug I encountered when speaking with Rana on Virmire, is that she and Shepard will look to the left the entire time, not just their eyes but their heads will be turned to the left. It's awkward and breaks immersion. Another dialogue bug is missing audio. This too, like the disappearing Shepard or person, is random and sporadic throughout the game.

A major bug throughout is freezing. It isn't just on loading screens either, but sometimes in the middle of battle. I had to redo the Saren Husk battle 5 times before I could finally finish it to the end cutscene.

In ME2, there seems to be a bug with the face importer where your ME1 face transfers over properly, but the game associates the face code from the first custom preset with the imported face (the dumpy looking redhead guy). Hence, if you import that character to ME3, you will get that ME2 preset face.

I noticed this when trying to edit an ME1 character being imported into ME2. I had recreated the face using one of those code to slider sites, but had picked the wrong nose and wanted to fix it. I copied the code from a current ME2 file but got the preset face. Was able to fix it by reimporting my original character from ME1 and dropping the code in for the second ME1 import.

Uhhh, also it appears that on AMD processors with more than four cores in Mass Effect 1 this happens...

 

 

I, for one, would love for this to be fixed.  Happens both on Noveria and on Virmire.

This bug has nothing to do with cores,it only happens with FX architecture AMD cpu's due to 3D now being removed

 

the only fix is to open the console and type "viewmode unlit" on Ilos and Noveria (removes all the lighting effects and shadows)

"viewmode lit" or a restart will set it back to default

This Regarding an addition to already posted face glitch in Mass Effect 1:

the double faces do not only happen after Citdel. that bug happens everywhere. It happened to me just now during the Eden Prime mission when I was prompted to upgrade Ashley.  I got all three squad mates faces superimposed. 3 at once. It happened when I was prompted to upgrade Ashley and Kaiden but it has happened with other circumstances.  I am sometimes prompted to upgrade a squadmate but there were no character points.  Also, frequently, shepherd will not zoom in when using the zoom command using any gun. his sniper rifle sometimes does not go to the spyglass retecle it does the general zoom which is the same as other guns. it happens alot, but not all the time.

Once I had Captain Anderson duplicate himself, with the double just standing there with a massive grin on his face.
It was terrifying.

Also, there was one where the Thorian Creepers would chase after you while still crouched in that unkillable position, yet they could still damage you somehow.

I think that was intentional. You can't zoom in when your health goes down to a critical level. It's a terrible system, but I think that's supposed to happen.

Just finished Extended Cut with female Shepard and no love interest -- the entire final scene (memorial wall, Normandy taking off, breathing teaser since I went destroy and had full EMS) was missing...lame!

Does anyone know about the glitch in which Eve dies whether you saved Maelon`s data or not? Does anybody know how to solve this problem? When I first played Mass Effect 3 it didn´t appeard, but when I tried a second time it appeard. I did not realized it up until the moment where Mordin told me she was dead. When I replayed the mission (I had a save file there) I noticed that when near the transport in Sur`kesh Eve begun coughing, and instead of saying «Wrex can`t keep his hands off a fertil female. He`ll be there» she said «He has to be». Does anybody know if there is way to go around this glitch?

I just finished Ex Cerberus Scientists, and I noticed that Miranda is in the apartment in the Presidium Commons already. Why is that? There was no message sent. Normally, a message is sent after the Geth Dreadnaught mission. Can I put that conversation on hold until the message is officially sent?
