Checked the store just now and it says "Fortune's Blessing In Honor of the Feast of Havad..." and there was another free chest (besides Victory and Commendation). I got a Blade of Red Birth. Is this because we met the stretch goal?

Strange, I don't see any free chests. Maybe PC didn't get St. Patrick's one? Or it's region-based so countries which do not celebrate it didn't get a chest?
