I've been going around collecting runes, and it seems that the fire runes are bugged for me. I had the first two fire runes found (Hinterlands and Western Approach), but the Western Approach rune did *not* give me the Master Rune. As such, when I found the third rune in the Hissing Wastes, I did not receive the Superb Fire Rune, only the master rune.

 

Is there any way to fix this and give me the superb fire rune that I *should* have?

 

This is pretty annoying as the RNG deities have been deigning to provide me with a lot of Pure Fire Essence, but less of other Pure Essences...

Hmm, strange. If you're on PC you can fix this by giving yourself an extra rune with cheat engine. Otherwise, not sure.
