I saw a lot of topics with a similar title, but never found a solution. The fact is that BSN does not see my character from DAO, achievements and screenshots, and when I push Profile Diagnostics it gives an error message Invalid persona/game combination. This is strange, because I use the same account that in the game. Although with DAII I had no problems.

What must I do to solve this problem? Please help.

The BSN profile section doesnt work anymore now in favour of the keep.

No. I finished DAO and only then played in DAII. 
Do you mean, that it is now impossible to add character in BSN?

Yes. It all goes to the keep now

Ok. Then how do I import a character from DAO in DAI, if hero of Ferelden must be registered with the BSN to transfer him in Keep?

Simple Answer: You dont. You import a worldstate

 

Long Answer: The Keep is independent of the old BSN profiles but is just as fickle about accepting character info. Custom characters do not get imported into DA:I all the game looks at are the Gender, Race & Class flags.
