You can change the email on your EA account at https://profile.ea.com/myinfo.do
If however you made a new EA account with the new email already, you'll probably need to talk to EA Support to sort it out.

Making a new Bioware account makes a new EA Account, Bioware Social Network Accounts use EA accounts behind the scenes. To change the email address on your Bioware account you need to go to the EA account profile page to make the change.

No. That is NOT ****ing working.
I've changed my email there a dozen times, I've deleted my account HERE a dozen times. It will not let me use the same email on profile.ea.com on here.

You should be able to see whether the email change registered with EA over on the EA site.
Then, when you go to register/login over here, do so with theemail address, not the username. All accounts here are EA accounts under the hood, it there is a working EA account you can always login here with it.
It will ask than ask you to choose a username. If you are trying to reuse your username from your old Bioware forums try linking the EA Account to the old Bioware account at http://forums.biowar.../eaaccount.html first. But you may still have problems with it saying that the username already exists. In which case you may have to just choose a new username.
