In the redemption sceene, it says to make sure to link your gamertag to your profile, the problem is that it dose not tell you how to link your gamertag to your account.
So if anyone can help me link my account so I can get my armors and such, please help me.

As far as I can tell, you do it at support.ea.com. Your account there can be linked to your XBL account. That should link your bioware account to your 360 gamertag.

They could do the one-time-use codes like that (the preorder bonuses), but they need the current setup - where it goes and adds more content to the Gamertag attached to the EA account - to keep adding more free content over time (like the hovercraft later).

You do it at ea.com. Took maybe 5 minutes, but then it took 2 hours for it to show up changed on here. But it says i'm linked now, only problem is I already did my codes for dlc before it updated on here so I'm out all my beautiful armor and guns

yes, although you better have hoped you don't have another ea account with a different email that already links your gamertag (like many people here)

I did the dlc for the armor & gun for the pre-purch thru gamestop. It shows on EA's site that I redeemed the code, but not showing on my 360? Any ideas?

how do i log into my EA account via x box?.. is that also needed to link up yoru 360 to ur ea account too?.. the log in option doesnt come up in mass effect 2.. im so confused.

Go to the EA page...



Once their click on your account and go to add persona...



Then register your gamertag...



And pray what just happend to me doesnt happen to you...



I now have no way of retrieving all my exclusive content because the dumb ****s at EA are apparently to good for the Live Marketplace

It wont let me link my acc says to check my email no email nothing and acts like my XBL tag isnt there thanks Ea for making me regret getting CE for your game you have failed in a way so epic it makes me want to bury my copy in the backyard and never speak of it agian thank you for making me hate Mass Effect 2 thank you Ea you guys did it make me spend 70 dollars on a coaster

I too am having difficulties, but I think its because I somehow ended up with two EA accounts. 1 which I made last year with the ME1 DLC snafu, and I think Dragon Age made a new one. I have the blood armor in ME2, so I think ME2 logged onto that account, but I don't see any conceivable way to change the EA account I use for Cerberus. Maybe it worked and its just taking forever for the inferno armor to show up, I hope so but am doubtful. Can anyone shed some light on my situation? Am I just completely wrong about something?

Yeah, when I go to link my Xbox Live gamertag to my EA profile through EA's website, it tells me that that gamertag is taken and to pick another one. I put in my account info in ME2 when it started, but I haven't seen my CE content. I redeemed my codes before starting the game the first time. On the upside, Cerberus redemption worked for me. Any ideas?

If EA would simply allow you to unlink your Gamertag from the old email adress account and link it to the correct one, this would be sooooo much easier to fix, you wouldnt have people bombarding their cutomer service to have these accounts fixed.... It cant be that difficult, well for normal companies anyway i guess...
