Not sure what part of my post implied you said it was verified...

Wasn't trying to be difficult.

I just meant I wasn't sure, and now I am more not sure.  :)

I plan to do some testing...

Aren't demons all immune to poison? Puts a big damper on poison builds. With only 4 abilities, having 1 you can't use is a big deal.

I plan to do some testing...

Having done some testing, the issue appears to be to keep the foe in the toxic cloud,

as they have a habit of running through.

Releasing more clouds doesn't seem to increase the toxicity, i.e. they don't stack, but there is more cloud area to be caught in (further testing on that).

Oh, and demons will be taken out by toxic clouds, but as the cloud is pretty much ground based,

the 'floaty' demons take much less damage and need one setting off right under their backside to be significantly damaged.

Finally, a good trick to the cloud is to have the foes follow you round the other side of a door or pillar into it, to stop archers keep skewering you

and to force them to follow you into the cloud.

This keeps you visible to 'pull' the foes, so it's a risky strategy and one where a Heal on Kill effect would be very handy indeed.

Whatever build I make for Luka, I typically try to include Knockout Bomb (wish I could get a ring that enhanced the skill). It may not be super effective on the demon commander, but it works like a rabbi's foot on the Red Templar commander as the team whittle down the rank and file. May work on the Venatori boss as well, but nowadays I'm getting templars/demons too often to find out.

- RTC: "Those were MY m--"

*poof*

- RTC: *snooze*

He should totes be fired for napping on the job. It would also be equally wonderful if I could keep the rest of the team from waking him up so soon.

I think the most impressive build I've seen someone running is Twin Fangs, Shadow Strike, Frost Flask, and Hide (?) maybe...but definitely the first 3.
