Can we get a more loot perk? That gives us more loot from our kills?

There are only perks that allow you to access merchant's rare stocks.

I could get behind this. I would go so far as to say a more loot with more chance at blue quality loot, from enemies would be ideal. To clarify I do NOT specifically just want them to make better gear drop all the time, I just want there to be a higher chance of getting something of use from defeated enemies. Most of the time its just grey junk after all. Although yesterday playing my now level 7 elf berserker I got 2 blue rings in like 30 seconds, but that is the exception.

The is at least a chance that loot drops were negatively impacted by Patch 5.  People have been reporting getting fewer loot drops, since Patch 5.  To a degree, I have also noticed this.  I have not fought one of the remaining Dragons since Patch 5, but would be pretty upset if I killed one and got little to no loot.  Hopefully Patch 6 will fix the issue, if an issue does indeed exist.

That would be a game breaker for me. I killed the hinterlands dragon a few days ago with my lv 13 mage...the loot seems as it was before although considering my lv 24s save file is over 150 hours in time I cant recall what my tank got...
