I wasn't sure where to put this but I was wondering if anyone was having the same problem:

 

I've come across several notes/letters/books that say "click to read" when you hover the cursor over them, but they seem to be bugged because when I do, nothing happens.

 

An example is a page I found in the Still Ruins. It's on a podium against the wall, in the room with veil fire. I click on it and nothing appears. 

 

It's happened a lot and it really bugs me because I'm not sure if I'm somehow clicking on them "wrong" or too fast or whatever, or if it's actual missing content the writers just ran out of time or forgot to add.

 

Can anyone shed some light on this? I have a small obsession with needing to read ALL THE THINGS so it's kinda making me mental lol!

When I come to items like that, I try to get positioned so that I can see the click to read or whatever indicates I should be able to interact with that item and then hit F on my keyboard. Unless the item is embedded under other layers, I can usually pick up the item or read it that way.

Hmm...I'll re-load and try that next time I come across one.

I think they're part of the quest called Scattered in Skyhold.

 

You need to get the enhanced studies perk and talk to a nameless bookkeeper near Helisma and the  the research table.

 

If you don't have the quest, like me, the pages just disappear when clicked.
