Bioware needs to add antiva you could do some of the following
You could possibly meet Josephine's parents and sibilings (Could be a romance quest or just a inner circle quest)
Could add more side quest, More personal quest, More mounts, more agents, more weapons and armor and etc
Could add more effects on your choices from previous games (Zevran could make a cameo appearance if he didn't die)
More customizations for Skyhold (Ex Drapestry, Thrones, ETC)
