I installed masseffect 2 on my pc tryed to start playing but it freezes on the load screen. tryed it 3 times then reinstalled the game and tryed it 3 more times ever time it freezed on the load screen after clicking the start game male/female. I tryed both with and without the dcls on.
My PC pass's ALL specs. I bought the BOX SET from EA store online. So I have no way to take it back and check if the CD is bad. 

 Any suggestions?
