Ish not showing up

I have got both "Archangel" and the Professor.....Guide says I should be able to get a side mission from Ish outside the apartments in the main Omega area. I cannot find this guy and I have looked all over. Anyone know if hes bugged or something. Maybe the guide is wrong on his local...who knows.

Shows up outside of Afterlife later. There's also a glitch in the journal with this mission if you pull a Paragon stunt with him. Journal is lit up like there is still something to be done (even if read), but when you open that entry it says all of this quest is completed.

I'm playing this on the 360 console.

Most important is: What do you mean by "shows up outside of Afterlife later"?

What is "later"? And what is "oustside Afterlife"? Is it where the Guide describes "just outside the apartment entrance in the main area of Omega"? I believe the entrance to Afterlife is also from this "main area of Omega".

I should be ready for the Assignment too per the Guide but so far Ish does not show.

How many things are buggered-up in ME2 now, that EA won't fix? Is BioWare out of it as much as they were out of fixing things in Dragon Age?

what I have noticed is, everytime I do a playthrough I complete all the recruting first and then start the loyalty missions. So, I finish recruitment missions for Garrus and Moridin and then when i come back later for the Samara loyalty mission, hes available, but not when I do the quests for Garrus and Mordin.

Hes to the right of the main entrance to afterlife, just before the flight of stairs that lead down to the quarian store and where the vorcha are.
