You really shouldn't worry if you're good or not. You have that capability. You also have the capacity to be a shitty person. Everyone does. Just have some integrity, and think about others. You're not perfect. It's ok.

Honestly, man, it is always possible for someone to find something wrong with what you do. For example, if you're polite and nice to everyone some people will assume that you are just being fake. You're putting on an act to get people to like you. That's not how a good person acts.

...You see how haters work, man. At the end of the day, you just have to go with your gut. Sometimes people need to be told things that just might hurt their feelings. You just need to be aware of when those types of solutions are necessary, and when to just let some things slide. The rudest man in the world might be the biggest contributer to charities. That's how I look at it.

If you constantly go out of your way to pick at what people say, find fault in them and attack them, then you have a problem. Like Reezy said, would you do that in real life - face to face - or is it just something you feel you are safe to do on the Internet? do you know you are likely hurting people's feelings and not care? Or do you almost switch off from the reality of the situation because you don't see a person and then feel bad afterwards?

It's one thing to find it amusing to antagonise and then show remorse when you actually hurt another, and something completely different to do it and feel absolutely nothing. If you had no conscience and no empathy, you'd be a psychopath and therefore not even able to recognise your faults. You'd see yourself as normal and think it was okay to do whatever you want to do.

But you do care, therefore you are able to change.

Everyone will always do "bad" things. And I put that in quotations because the word bad is subjective. It just depends on the person's morals and their perception in life.

People make mistakes and those mistakes can be seen as awful in others eyes. But that doesn't mean that they're not good people. It's making up for your mistakes or angry outbursts that matters imo. And really making it a part of you as well. People change, people grow.

Ofc you do have horrible people like Hitler for example so I'm not saying that everyone is mostly good.

Those are the kind of people that makes it okay to use violence on tbh.
