I developed a game system for a tabletop RPG game. How do I go getting permissions and such?

Well probably you need to write to the developer. However they will probably refuse to share the IP with you. You can try but I doubt it will happen

How do I contact the developer? I have looked around, and the closest thing I could find were these forums.
