Ah, those are perfect places to put them! I've only played through Adamant once, but I'm surprised I didn't notice them in Envy's segment; I had to replay it a couple of times. Thanks! Does Thedas' planet have 2 moons? I don't remember the lore about that.
Judging from the Hissing Wastes, I'd say no. You can see the moon and there appears to be only one in the sky. I'll let you know, since I'm heading there later today. I did Wicked Hearts before I did Emerald Graves, but after I'd killed two of the dragons in Emprise du Lion.
As far as the statues, I'm not 100% sure if you see them during the Envy segment or not. I've only done it once, and that was over a month ago. I upgraded my video card, cleaned up a Trojan (long story) and took a break from PC gaming. I just picked back up my warrior. So my memory could be wrong there.
More on topic: I need to get a screenshot of the levitating crows I keep seeing everywhere.
