I did mention some other sustained talent warriors had, rogues, mages didn`t have that either, how fast the weapon hits in DA:Inquistion

I question myself why didn`t I write to IGN, gamespot or any of them at the point DA:Inqusition came out...
So here is the log.

I will just link What I said to my advisor who couldn`t do anything.

Customer Service: Thanks for contacting EA Customer Experience, my name is abhimanyu. How may I assist you today?
you: hey
you: I`m gone complain.
Customer Service: Hello, How are you doing?
Customer Service: I see the wait time is too high, we apologize for the same & appreciate your patience and understanding.
Customer Service: Yes please let me know.
you: =)
you: I will say it misses ALOT what Dragon Age Origin had.
you: since I`m pretty sure Bioware will make new DA
Customer Service: I’m sorry you are having this problem. Let’s see if there is anything we can do to help the situation.
you: You can`t realy help
you: But I will tell what realy miss in DA:Inquisition.
you: Like 50% of the play style is gone since its pause rpg
Customer Service: Please let me know at least give me a change so that I can try my best for you.
you: Iquisition misses to many spells
you: Like curses and the talent tree is very bad too
you: I miss the it`s no tooltip above the spells in Inquisition
you: That was in DA16x16_smiley-surprised.pngrigin and DA2
you: This is more like action game then strategy
you: it`s lost like the whole concept
Customer Service: Yes I can understand it and you was actually right however I'm not be able to do anything in this because it would be corrected by our developer teams or studio.
you: I hope it would take it to the developer or studio
you: I`m sure they did it because to make more people to buy it because it`s easier
you: Everything els was awsome
you: Realy miss the curse that was in origin
you: Guess you have heard this before =)
Customer Service: Yes sure I'll share it as a feedback with my developer teams and I also suggest you to please post it as well in the games forum so that our developer team can work on it.
you: Yes I will
you: Need to make the new Dragon Age good again
Customer Service: Would you mind holding on for a few minutes while I am discussing it with my specialist team?
you: I will hold
you: Why not get a hardcore fan to Bioware and let a GAMER tell what`s wrong and will help?
you: The gamers are everything
Customer Service: I'm not be able to provide you the answer of the above question it could be risky for me.
you: Ok
Customer Service: hey thanks for holding, i spoke with a specialist about this issue, turns out they are aware of this issue and working on it at the moment, they asked me to have you please sit tight as they work on this issue, should be fixed momentarily

you: To make you character to be warrior, rogue, mage
Customer Service: I can understand how annoying it could be I'll share everything with them and also it's a humble request to post this in our forums so that our developers can work on it.
you: I know why Coercion and the other talent are not in Inquisition
you: and all know it too
you: I don`t wanna write it
you: or I should
you: To make more people buy it to make it easier
you: Inquistion have lost the concept of ROG

you: Is it possible that a fan can come to Biowaredevelopers and play Orgins and point out all the whats wrong with Inquisition
you: and need to have to next Dragon Age
you: ?
you: That is the best way to improve the game
you: Like other companys have done
you: What we call Beta

you: Inquistion are okay
Customer Service: No worries, I know you are not happy with this.
you: The gamers
you: Is it possible for games to have a invite to the HQ to help 16x16_smiley-tongue.png ?
Customer Service: I wish I could fix it for you, If it was possible for me then I fixed it with the single click.
you: It ain`t easy
Customer Service: yes, 16x16_smiley-very-happy.png
you: I miss that you need strenght to use heavy weapons
you: that was not in DA2 or Inquisition
you: bad
Customer Service: Yes, I know.
you: If Dragon Age16x16_smiley-surprised.pngrigins came out now with same graphics as Inquisition
you: It would sell more and get better points
you: probably100/100

Customer Service: Tony seriously I have no words to say.
Customer Service: Your issue made me speechless.
you: I`m very sure they won`t take all this to the new game
you: It takes time
you: I would gladly seek job and improve it
you: the new game
you: You see how MUCH Bioware miss in Inquisition
Customer Service: Yes sure, They will do the best.
you: The BIGEST RPG 2014?
you: Because it was
Customer Service: Yes I know.
you: in 2014
you: Inqusition will be a shadow soon
you: It`s there all the time but you ignore the shadows
you: Have you get this must complains before?
Customer Service: No Tony, you are the first one.

you: What do you think about all this?
you: Open mind
you: Every review I saw and read was nothing about this
you: or just some
Customer Service: Be honestly Tony I've no words.
you: Is no one from the old team with Biowaret?
Customer Service: You are right on your place.
you: That was in making with Dragon Age16x16_smiley-surprised.pngrigins
you: ?
you: No is the answer?
Customer Service: I don't know too much about them, because we are not directly connected with them.
you: I question myself why I did not send this to IGN and the other game magazines
Customer Service: Developers team are different from us.
you: When Inquisition came out
Customer Service: I wish I can directly connect you with them.
Customer Service: But however here is no way to connect you with them accept forums.
Customer Service: Yes you can share it.
you: Wonder how Inqusition would have made it in 2014
you: If I said this
you: Only improvement in Inquistion was.
you: 1.Graphic
you: Story
you: and small stuff
Customer Service: Yeah you are right Tony.
you: Everything els wasforgotten
you: How far will this Complain go?
you: In Origins you was able to have I think 20spells at same time on the bar
you: That was good when on Nightmare
Customer Service: See you need to post it on forums they will defiantly drop something for you, I wish I can escalate it but they won't reply on it but if you want to escalate it then I can do this.
you: environment exploit I miss too
you: and traps
Customer Service: I can share it as a feedback of you towards the game.
you: I said traps
you: Yes
you: and the future GAME
you: or invite me to Bioware  HQ 16x16_smiley-tongue.png
Customer Service: Being a gamer I can understand your anxiousness with this. Had I been in your place, I would have felt the same.
Customer Service: I wish I could do it but being working as a chat adviser we have some limitations, You just post it there.
you: Are not even able to get it higher?
Customer Service: Tony if you don't mind but can I say something.
you: Sre
you: sure
you: If I would give rating to all Dragon Age games
you: it would be
Customer Service: No we are not be able to connect you with them you have to post it on official forums.
you: I not even able alone to contact higher up?

Customer Service: That you said to me is enough for the feedback is absolutely correct I mentioned it in my case note, if you don't mind can we end this chat session because here is lot of customers waiting on the queue I hope you can understand it and don't mind at all.
you: Sure =)
you: I will take it higher up 16x16_smiley-wink.png

Holy Giant Wall of Text, Batman!  FYI, a random Customer Service rep isn't going to be able to address any legitimate issues you may have with DAI...

Note to self:  Never read War and Peace

Dude...don't be mean to the chat agents. That's just not cool.

I used to be a gameadvisor, all the chat agents are overseas and they aren't trained as well as the phone agents are. They're nice and all but the phone agents end up having to clean up after them a lot.

why would you do that?

What exactly did you expect the CSR to be able to do? All you did was rant to a guy who has no control over anything about your opinion.

I hope that didn't take too long, you probably drove the poor guys Handing Time up.

If it's any consolation you are now in absolutely the right place for that discussion. Have a quick look round and in no time you'll find lots of like minded individuals to discuss it with. You have definitely dented your customer service karma score however.

Yup, he will find many customers thinking alike here. He will also find trolls, fanboys, delusional fanboys, EA supporters and all the others :D And his voice won't be heard by BW at all, because they can't hear anything but a praise over all those shiny GOTY awards and all the money they made off of this game.

Not to discourage you or anything OP from posting here, just giving you a heads up to save you some disappointment later. The Customer Service guy was not misleading you by sending you here to voice your concerns in the hope you will be heard. It is just that BW are not really taking their official feedback forum into consideration that much (and that is an understatement).

If Developers would face criticism occasionally things might at some point get sorted out but alas no... they seem to think they know everything and many are very egotistical, which is strange really they are just developers of games

Actually, I have worked in customer service and I've dealt with customer service (on the phone with two techs from India yesterday, for 2 hours...my Texan ears can't understand Indian accents very well) and the OPs post made me both laugh and have horrifying flashbacks. I feel for the folks on both ends of the situation.

Read Mike Laidlaw's latest interview to see how wrong you are about that

oh and I like how you label anyone who disagress with the OP as a troll or a fanboy and therefore someone not to listen too.

Ok, first off, I've read that interview and I am not wrong.

And BioWare is well aware of what its fans want: a mix of more game areas and a healthy dose of new story - especially something that can expand upon Inquisition's post-game stinger.

"The two big pulls are - 'I want more of this game' and 'I've reached the ending and I want to know more about the characters, or one specific character'," Laidlaw says. "I don't want to go into too much detail but I'm well aware of both of those camps and I'd like to see both of those groups satisfied before we're done."

That doesn't really scream they are reading the feedback section of their forum and taking ANY criticism into consideration. They are taking suggestions about / wishes for future content into consideration, that is something completely else.

And secondly, I only stated what people he can find here, I haven't even implied that everybody disagreeing with him would be a fanboy or a troll. But those people are there, I could name them, but that would be rude.

He talks why certain things had to be cut and why that he realizes they added too many collectibles to the game.

'One of things that I think was a miscalibration is a lot of players wanting to do all of it - even to the point where they say 'I'm bored of collecting shards'. But they want them all because they're there. It's almost like a compulsive need. It's almost like 'Doctor, it hurts when I do this'. So don't do this!"

He accepted peoples issue with fetch quests

"So while the [starting area] Hinterlands had fetch quests it also had other things to do to enhance that zone, but in other lighter places people have said they weren't really feeling them as much. That becomes another data point, and a huge opportunity for the game to grow, presuming we move into something in the future."

Seems to me like they are taking on feedback. Maybe not all the feedback you wanted but some of it.

Also how you structured your second sentence did imply that anyone who disagrees with the OP is a troll or fanboy, but if that is not what you meant, then my apologies for the misunderstanding.

Ok, I forgot the bit about fetch quests, my bad. That one thing is actually good to hear, I hope the ME4 team will take a lesson from it. But it would sure be nice to know if they are taking more criticism into consideration of if they are at the very least hearing it and know about it (and doing something about it, like the PC controls - they promised improvements in december and we still have zero idea when and if at all they will be implemented). Also all that still doesn't change anything about the feeling not being heard here on BSN, since we have no proof they hear us here. They could have very well received this kind of feedback on twitter.

No worries. And nah, it really wasn't my intention to imply that. It was more of a jab towards specific people who could be described by their argumentation as trolls, EA supporters and delusional fanboys :) And as I wrote in the original post in question, there are others as well - meaning people that would not fit into any category.

Yup. Game advisors are expected to have an average handle time of 12 minutes. Of course they're encouraged to go over that in order to satisfy customers but still. I hope you at least did the survey they sent you so he could get a good Csat. Jobs are made and lost by those scores. Remember, the people who work as gameadvisors make 10 bucks an hour, they have absolutely no power.

I can't tell you how terrible it is to endure a guy screaming at you and calling you a stupid b-word over and over because he somehow assumes that you are responsible for everything wrong with BF4. Cuz ya know, I guess he thought I totally had lunch with the DICE devs and EA higher ups every single saturday or somethin'.
