I really enjoyed the decryption system on the pc version, don't understand why they changed it?

I hated the decryption in ME1, actually. It was simple on easy hacks and stuff, but on the highest level ones? Geez, It was easier to use omni-gel. The decryption system now is easy to grasp, easy to perform, but requires attention rather than just pure timing.



Also, it's much more tolerable than ME1's system. Thats my 2 cents.

Like this one better but still take out an entire skill out of  a game. My 2 cents aswell.

Yeah I like this one better to. The 360 Mass Effect, just had you press buttons like Simon Says, this one requires you to think and look and not just reflexes plus there's 2 different hacks and not the same one for everything.

i normally hate skill mini games like these but the ones in ME2 are brilliant. it actually feels like i'm hacking or rerouting without over-complicating it. i'll admit i found them them frustrating the first few times before they clicked with me.

I'm really enjoying the mini games too, although it took a few attempts (and a few visits to the forums) to figure them out LOL

well, sooner or later, we'd all get tired of it. There is no omni-gel equivalent solution??

Like with probes, they're going to seem way better the first 3 times.



Then people will start to hate.

I did not like them because I could use omni gel, I just enjoyed the challenge of hacking them. About the only time I used omni gel was if I had no time to decrypt and that was rare.



But I guess I will have to learn to like these new ones, that's if I can stay in the game for more then 10 minutes before crashing lol!
