Dodging boulders that Giants throw on you with combat roll or evade should work, there is a reason those defensive skills are even there. It seems that the boulders the giants throw are like heat-seeking missiles. They will change trajectory and follow your character instead of landing where it was aimed when thrown.

They do? I can dodge them fine with Fade Step, but if that really happens for Warriors and Rogues, that needs to get fixed ASAP.

Agreed. I've had that happen with all classes unless I time it exactly right with mages you really can't dodge those things that well or at all really, hopefully that gets fixed.

In my experience with my mage, Fade Step works most of the time, but the boulder can still get you depending on your timing. It's just that you zip across a much longer distance than the warrior and rogue's evade. It's pretty annoying.

This is like the homing fireballs from mages and high dragons in DA:O all over again, but worse.

Fade step manages to dodge their VORTAS ( Very Overpowered Ranged Targeting Array Systems) often, but for warrior + rogue its mostly a lost cause.
