As for the Huntress, well, I took your advice and played a couple of games with her and a Claymore.  She certainly knows what she's doing with a big boomstick.  Dirty, dirty girl.  Not dirty like the cheap TGI or Sexbot, sleazy dirty. Like she's letting off steam remembering that century when she had to pay the bills by becoming better acquainted with a pole.  Educational dirty.  Good dirty.  It made me kinda contemplate just putting the Claymore on every character, which I had previously thought was against all my natural inclinations.

This might be more accurate than what I said. I like a bunch of characters. But the HE and Justicar are my top two favorite characters.

Yea, I often fall back to them and never regret it.

Everyone used to think that. I used to run my DrellGod with an acolyte for the 200% power recharge. Can you believe that? Lol, there's even proof of it on YouTube - I can't help but laugh out loud at the thought.

But that's the line between the scrubs and the good players: the former always keep the same mentality, the latter learn from their mistakes and accept change and the ineluctable fact that, eventually, the High Lord becomes the best thing to do always, no matter what

Yeah I see a pattern there: teleportations ****** rock! I love both the Fury and the Slayer myself too.

I'm kinda on the edge about the cabal: I quite like her the way she is, but she had sooooooooo much more potential, and that makes me really sad

It got wasted when they made her teleportation stand in place whenever you'd hit an object on arrival... Which makes her dodge worse than the Slayer's/Fury's to me, and that... That really stinks

Salarian infiltrator, shadow, and probably geth infiltrator. (Yes infiltrator is my favorite class)

 

Yeah I kinda like my Geth Infiltrator. In close quarters and small maps, a Falcon along with his proximity mines makes for a nice  indirect fire inferno.

 

Though I have had some nice games with him and the M-97 viper where I like using the extended clip and piercing mods. Though this gun is fit for a Turian, I am getting used to  aiming for the chest and letting the recoil make the last of the 3 round burst go  to the head. I think its a good compromise for silver in killing bosses and rank and file.  In that case what is nice about him is  I tend to use the  proximity mine more defensively on my most vulnerable flank.   When I hear it go off , drop another present on  location and  displace.  With hunter mode and a mine in your blind spot, very hard to surprise which is exactly what you don't want when sniping.

I don't really say this kind of thing but people in this thread need to l2p the shadow. She is a very powerful character although I will admit she is one of the harder ones to play really well. (Ss NOT sniping is playing her well fyi)

What exactly is wrong with sniping with the Shadow? I can kill three enemies in the time it takes you to teleport and kill one. I can reposition with my sniper rifle and get free shield restore with using shadow strike selectively as well.

I play him like a geth hunter . The gps is my favorite shotgun

If u want to snipe and shield restore then play salarian infiltrator. P.s. I take damage over shield drain so I can ohk phantoms on plat

Krogan Sentinel-Claymore/N7 Typhoon
Typhoon for Pratorians, Scions, Atlas', and Brutes. Claymore for everything else. Lift Grenades for reload animation canceling or when an Assault Trooper jumps down the really long ladder on Firebase Vancouver and you are too lazy to follow it down. Melees for when the other three options aren't available at that moment.

Vorcha Sentinel-Reegar Carbine
Where this character lacks skill with the Flamer, Cluster Grenades, and Reegar Carbine, it has an entirely different set skills required to to dodge as much as possible while still ripping the enemies to shred.

I'm going to sound terrible, but I love the flamer characters.

 

Geth Trooper: smart flamer, sticks to corners, holds key choke points, plays tactically.  Also annoys the heck out of Biotic allies.

 

Vorcha Soldier/Sentinel: insane flamer, runs around like a chicken with it's head cut off... while re-growing its head.  Also annoys the heck out of Biotic allies.

 

Asari Valkyrie: Gutsy Biotic, she runs around and drains everyone, then blows them up.  Also gets annoyed by Flamer characters.

It's because flamer can mess up biotic explosions, it apparently has an annoying sound (I personally love it), and takes little to no skill. I'll admit that it takes no skill, but the three characters that have it require an entirely different set of skills rather than just shooting stuff.

I like my Valkyrie for geth because I can't reliably go biotic mortar on geth
