Hi Everyone,

I know some people have been having this issue and I just wanted to bring it up here again because I have not been getting any replies from EA or the Moderators I've PMed to.

I have purchased the CE Edition of Mass Effect 2. When I try to activate my Cerberus and Collectors codes, the system says "these codes are already being used". Has there been any workaround this problem yet? I really don't want to shell out another $15 dollars for what I already paid for.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
