If you were locked away in a suit for your entire life, barely ever feeling the wind in your hair or the warmth of the sun on your skin. In fact, your only chance at really feeling anything would be using nerve stimulator programmes built into your suit, and if you wanted to feel something yourself you'd have to risk getting ill to do so... No one would hardly be the nicest person ever. Instead of hating Quarians, you should feel sorry for them.

 

And then promptly kill all Geth.

I see a lot of All the geth wanted to do was bake cakes and hug puppies and wouldn't have attacked hadn't the Quarians provoked them comments, and that's all well and good but you have to remember that you're talking with hindsight and hindsight is 20/20. The Quarians realized they F'd up their geth design and violated council law by making them capable of sentience after the "soul" question. They tried to deactivate them to reverse that design flaw but the geth resisted, with deadly force in some cases. As a last ditch effort to prevent what they perceived to be a Skynet type event, the Quarians ordered all platforms destroyed. A very reasonable response if you ask me.

 

If you want someone to blame, blame the group of weak t*tty Quarians who co operated with the geth and bought them time to grow their numbers, intelligence and overall combat effectiveness. Edit: Had it not been for them, the Morning War would have been known as the Widespread Defective Servitude Mech incident.

If you think about it likely the war between quarians and get likely prepared both races for the reaper conflict. I still hold out hope they will unify the storylines of me2 and 3 with the reapers using that conflict to push forward all species to prepare them for a greater conflict. Remember when sovereign said the reapers were our salvation.
