so on the main menu were the log in option with the (Y) button is not showing up anyone else having that problem?
so i can't log into the EA server and get the stuff liek the lucky stone or the unlockables from Dragon Age :Journeys

Dread Lord .... - that is a server load issue on our end. We're trying to add more capacity as quickly as possible. For now, it is a retry again later old school fix - apologies for that.

yes i am connented to LIVE and i got all my pre-order and in box items from the CE no problem just not getting the lucky ring and belt from DA:J

I believe I'm in the same boat. I've registered my game on the social site, but have been unable to link my Live profile to the social account in-game. No prompt or pop-up has ever shown up, and there is no option to do so on my own after going through every menu a multitude of times.
There are references to "If you already made your social account in game, go to the website to..." which doesn't help me in the slightest.

Well it is said on a different post that if you played another EA game on your Xbox that you had to make an account that the EA account is now linked to your gamertag ok so thast why the log in button is not showing up.
but how log is it going to take for it to give me my items from Dragon Age : J and the Lucky ring? i been waiting 4 days now are the servers that badly backed up?

The other possible reason is because you might already have an EA account associated with your Xbox Live or PSn account.
On consoles, the login prompt only appears on the Main Menu if your Xbox live account hasn't already been tied to an EA account. If you played a previous EA game and created an online account on it, that EA account is already tied to your Xbox live account so there's no need to log in again.

yea i found out alittle while ago that was the problem from when i first got The Godfather 2 and made an account problem was after that i changed all my info to my new email so thats why i was not getting the extra items,
(( I think EA should make it so you can remove Xbox LIVE accounts and PS3 accounts from EA accounts because once its link its there for good ))
so i had to remove all my other info from this website and change all the info on the EA account i was using so i can change the info to the account that my LIVE was linked too. what i pain in the behind....
