[Freestorm Skinn]

Thought I'd start a thread on Easter Eggs you come across that aren't part of the main story but refer to side quests and decisions from the first game.  

So far I've found:  

- The widow and her brother-in-law arguing about whether to get treatment for her unborn child for a rare genetic disease show up again.

- Mention of The Shepherd Foundation offering scholarships to Earth-born underprivileged kids to give them an education and help them get out of gangs.  Probably comes from playing an Earth-born Shepherd.

- News of further reparations and rehabilitation programs for L7 biotics if you resolved the hostage crisis in the first game peacefully.

-Announcement that Conrad Verner has founded a charity for saviors of the galaxy (was nice to him in ME1)

-The colony of Mindoir using Shepard's likeness as their seal (colonist background).

- Shepard monument planned for Akuze, overseen by Admiral Hackett

- Annual celebration on Terra Nova (saved it in Bring Down the Sky)

- Announcement that Corporal Toombs' allegations against Cerberus has started an investigation, with a key witness Dr. Wayne, and later an email from him asking why on earth I joined cerberus (Lone survivor background, completed side-quest)

- Blasto!

- Refund guy now dealing with an uncooperative individual in the Factory Distract entrance (when will he ever catch a break? Refund guy for ME3 Love Interest!)

Both of which put a warm smile on my face... okay it was more of an evil one for Conrad.

-If you turned the elcor diplomat against the consort you hear a news flash that shes considering leaving the citadel due to allegations of her selling information
-Fist is in bar in omega
-Helna (the kill 2 warlord lady) In bar too, lower level

-Spacer background, mentions that Captain Shepard (your mother) turned down a promotion to admiral saying she can serve her son's memory better commanding a ship.



-Advert for the Elcor Hamlet play (all 14 hours of it!)

Emily Wong is upset that you come out of "cover" after 2 years and don't do an exclusive with her first.



The second reporter(cant remember her name) tries to make you look bad again.

If you let Fist live, he's hanging out on Omega in (lower) Afterlife.



I think he mentions something about being a dock worker.

Council still don't beleive you. Wait, that's not a easter egg, that's just a galactic constant.

-Helena Blake is a social worker on Omega(convinced her to leave the gang)

-Shepard Plaza on Elysium is the most popular spot for marriages(war hero)

-Sirta Foundation is shutting down, unable to recover from the biotic attack on their research base(got this even though I saved everyone)

-The Kaiden Alenko Scholarship Fund helps biotics get into the Ascension program.

What about the decision of what to do with Nirali Bhatia's body (return it to her husband, or let the Alliance keep it for research)? Anyone know the ramifications of that choice yet?

havnt seen any for the bhatia case ... i assume well get a piece of armor or upgrade

And I think I was pretty thorough.

If you recovered Nirali Bhatia's body, you recieve an email from her husband about him starting a restaurant in her honor on Earth, Alliance members eat for free.

You can find Fist in the Afterlife Club if you let him go and Wrex didn't come with you, he is a dockworker now.

Also if you let Rachni Queen go, an asari comes to you and gives a messeage from her saying that you can expect their support once the Reapers arrive.



It also confirms that they were indoctrinated all along.

-Shiala has an assignment for you on Illium to help her

-Rana Thanoptis talks to you then runs away on the Okeer/Grunt mission



Alot of mail, didn't cover the ones that were already posted:

-Han Olar (Noveria) mails you an update

-Morlan(Citadel shopkeeper) spams you, not sure if it's the same guy

-Talitha (colonist assignment) mails you if you saved her

-Kate Bowman(Bring Down the Sky) mails you and has a news story if you saved her

-Lizbeth Baynham(Feros) mails you

-Consort Sha'ira mails you

-Dr. Michel mails you and Garrus

-Chorban(keepers) mails you, telling you about the keepers

-Burns mails you and has a news story



and the whole Normandy crash site is not really just an egg

- You hear news that the Exogeni Corporation is hiring for the facility on Feros again.

- If you chose Anderson for the Council, he's now Udina's boss and it's very satisfying to see Anderson order him around.

This game has only been out 24 hours! How did you guys do all that already?

I finished it in 21 hours, and I started playing at ~8:30AM Tuesday, which was technically 10pm Monday in Los Angeles.

I think my favourite so far is the guy on the Citadel who is (still!) trying to get an exchange/refund. Poor guy can't catch a break.
