Inner Circle quests and kisses. And I think you can't continue with the Sunderland (?) quest line. The lad at the tavern. His name was Sutherland and appeariently he wanted to talk to me today, it seems his pre dialog didn't load properly last time I tried talking to him last time. He even gave me a war table mission. Cabot and Krem were also up for a chat, so it only affects companions.
There is also one dialog about the ending for each of your companions and then you can only greet them, friendly greetings from most of them and a bit more romantic greeting from your LI. (At least for Iron Bull and Cullen.)
Otherwise everything is pretty much the same. There is still ambient dialog for npcs at Skyhold/Valroyux and all quest outside of Skyhold are still open. New quests can be started and you can still mess around with the war table.

Depending upon who becomes Divine, you may not have a companion accessible for party selection after the final mission.
Solas also becomes unavailable for party selection afterward and his gear is inaccessible too so if it's good and you want to continue using it, give him something else to wear before "Doom Upon All the World".

I'm pretty sure you can acquire them post game. At least I could grab Dennet post game (don't have any other easy test grabs available.) Post game should only affect dialog in Skyhold to my knowledge.
By the way, you can convince the companion that is affected by the Divine choice to return. You'll just have to talk to them and ask them to come back.

Cassandra ended up as the Divine in my game, and she was at her usual spot in Skyhold, begging for me to take her on a quest because she needed a break. Lol

If you still have missions to do or dragons to kill depending on what you are, it might be handy to have them around. I was a KE my last game so when Viv was elected Divine I promptly told her "Bye, Felicia". I didn't need her, and Max was not her friend. LOL.

Nah it's just as rare as ever. It still works, got some dialog between Varric, Bull and Dorian post the final save.

Faith in Bioware.
Don't forget to mention that you lose your dignity on the way too. Along with self-respect. Game is an ego breaker.

Before you initiate the final main story quest if you want to hang on to certain items, it is a good idea to strip all armor, accessories and weapons from Cassandra, Vivienne (& Solas too); particularly if you do not know which of the two ladies might become Divine. If you have no interest in retaining their stuff, then don't sweat it!

You lose all uncompleted Inner Circle quests.
Solas is no longer a companion
If Vivienne or Cassandra is made Divine and you have low affection with her, she may not be available either.
In addition, you get one more "epilogue" conversation with your companions, and that's it. You can't talk to them anymore.

Funny. I've seen a lot of people complaining about it being too ego stroking.
I guess they haven't made up their mind.

I also lost access to crafting after the final mission. The undercroft was empty.
